HUB Bike Shorts Vancouver: An Evening of Films about Bikes

HUB Cycling is a charity that has been working for nearly 20 years to make cycling safer in Metro Vancouver.

Next Wednesday, Mama Agatha is screening as part of the program of HUB Cycling’s Bike Shorts Film Event and Fundraiser, featuring local and international short films about cycling. Focus on Oakland: Women Sports Film Festival

We’re delighted to announce that Mama Agatha will be showing at the 2nd Annual Women Sports Film Festival!
The Women Sports Film Festival returns to Oakland with a full slate of films and panel discussions about strong women and girls pursuing their dreams and persisting in the face of tremendous obstacles.

The festival starts September 28. Mama Agatha is scheduled for Saturday, September 30, 2017.

Screening: Cycling and Society symposium London

The Cycling and Society symposium series was launched in 2004 at Lancaster University. The symposia, held annually around the UK, are linked to the Cycling and Society Research Group whose members span many disciplines and approaches to the study of cycling.
The next Symposium will be on 7th and 8th September 2017 on the theme of #CitiesToShare, and will be held at Imperial College London, and we are happy to announce that a screening of Mama Agatha will be part of the program on the first day, September 7.
